Challenge

The improved design also had to maintain the original packaging's storage capacity and visual identity.
Inspired by Sony's branding, this pattern aims to maintain a contemporary look while incorporating biodegradable elements.
The callouts are based on lyrics from AC/DC's "Are You Ready?", a song about having fun.
Process
Cost-effective materials were crucial to consider, given Sony's predominantly young customer base.
The package form imitates an earbud shape, ideally encouraging customers to keep it for storage.
Card stock was selected since it was affordable, accessible, and easy to manipulate.
