The goal was to focus on a social problem and solve it using multi-part graphic design, illustration, and design process management.
Social issues are obstacles with the potential to be solved by design
Overview
Problem
Workers are underpaid, especially postsecondary students and grads who often fear negotiating.

When employers lack knowledge or resources, valuable workers leave. If employers struggle to meet higher-ups' requirements, workers are paid unfairly.

Develop
The challenge was determining how to inform and educate audiences about the issues.

Secondary and primary research provided insights into how audiences contributed to the problem.
Background
Unfair pay is often ignored. Studies show that graduates frequently accept jobs without research.

Early industry research can significantly improve the chances of fair compensation in the future.

This project aims to prepare and assist students before they start searching and applying for jobs.
